National Testing Service (NTS™) was come into being in the month of July 2002. It is a public organization. It is more important for Pakistan because it is the first independent self-assured best organization. Its major responsibilities are conducting transparent test system, scholarships, employment, upgrading of grades in jobs and assessments. It has completed eleven years with very success. It plays a vital role in endorsing quality, excellence and merit education at academic organizations especially colleges or university in both public and private.

NTS GAT General is a type of GAT. GAT is the abbreviation of Graduate Assessment Test. NTS GAT General is for students. This test is conducted for students who want to take admission in M.Phil. , M.S., or postgraduate programs in affiliated universities. Higher Education Commission (HEC) has specified the NTS (National Testing Service). Graduate Assessment Test (General) is also for the applicants who are seeking to reward Scholarships by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) schemes.

Want to know NTS GAT General Validity Criteria?

GAT (General) result is valid only for 2 years. After getting your BS, MSC, MCS or complete the 16 years of Education you can take GAT (General). After passing two years of GAT General Test, you want to take admission in any public or private academic organization for M.Phil. , M.S., or postgraduate programs then you have to pass GAT (General) Test again. Because it‘s the requirement of HEC.

Solution of Sample 1 Questions (Quantitative) 1. suppose W= women and M=men so 8(2M+3W) = 1 hence (for 8 days) 2M+3W=1/8 ----- (1) hence 12(4M+5W) = 1 so (for 12 days) 4M+5W=1/12  ----- (2) mutiply eq(1) by 2 4M+6W=1/4 now subtract eq(2) from it    4M + 6W = 1/4    4M + 5W = 1/12 - --------------------------     0   + 1W = 1/4 - 1/12 = (3-1)/12 = 1/12   1W = 1/12 hence 12W = 1 so 12 women can complete a task in a day. 2.
